JRS Demolition is a Gold Coast–based demolition company specialising in residential and light commercial projects. We work closely with builders, designers, and homeowners to deliver safe, efficient, and clean demolition services, with a strong focus on bathrooms, kitchens, and internal strip-outs.

What we do

Floor Removal

We provide professional floor removal services, including tiles, vinyl, carpet and adhesives. Our team prepares the surface properly for re-tiling or new flooring installations.

Grinding Floor

We provide floor grinding services to remove adhesives, coatings and uneven concrete surfaces. Ideal for renovations and surface preparation before polishing or re-flooring.

Concrete Solutions

We offer concrete removal, cutting and small-scale concrete works for residential and commercial projects. Whether it’s pathways, slabs or internal concrete, we deliver safe and efficient solutions.

Soil and Green Waste Removal

We handle the removal of soil, dirt and green waste from renovation and landscaping projects. All materials are disposed of responsibly at licensed facilities.

Strip Out

We provide full and partial strip outs for bathrooms, kitchens, offices and commercial spaces. Our team works fast, clean and safely, leaving the site ready for the next trade. All waste removal is handled by us.
